Last updated: 6 September 2026This policy explains how Crevasse (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play our games, including Oh Snack, on the App Store, Google Play, and the web (including Poki).We do not create Crevasse accounts and we do not run our own player database. Progress and settings stay on your device unless a platform service (Google, Apple, or the web host) needs them to show ads, scores, or a purchase.1. Who we areCrevasse (Tepes Ovidiu)

What we store on your deviceThe game may save, only on that device:Play progress (checkpoints, settings, seen tutorials)Cosmetic / Remove Ads unlocks after you buy or restore themA flag that you were asked for ad consent or tracking permissionUninstalling the app deletes this local data. We cannot see it from here.3. What we do not collect ourselvesWe do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to play.
We do not operate a Crevasse login.
We do not sell your information.If you email us, we only use that inbox to reply.4. Third parties (this is the data Play / ads use)These companies process information so the game can function. They have their own policies.Advertising (App Store and Google Play)We use Google AdMob for rewarded videos and interstitials. There are no gameplay banners. Ads may use:Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / IDFA)Approximate device and app informationAd views, clicks, and whether a reward was grantedAndroid: Google’s UMP consent form may appear in regions that require it (for example the EEA). You can decline personalized ads.
iOS: Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt may appear. If you say no, tracking for ads is limited.Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacyWeb (Poki and similar)On HTML5 hosts we use that platform’s SDK for ads and playtime metrics (for example commercial / rewarded breaks). We only receive “owned” or “not owned” so we can turn ads off. We never see your full card number.Store review promptsAfter enough play, the OS may show Apple’s or Google’s in-app review sheet. That stays on the device / store. We do not receive your rating text.5. If you believe a child provided data through a platform account, contact us and we will help you use that platform’s tools.7. How long data is keptOn device: until you clear app data or uninstall.AdMob / Play / Apple: for as long as those services keep it under their policies. We do not control those retention clocks.Emails to hello@crevasse.co: until we finish your request, then we delete the thread unless we must keep it for a legal reason.8. Delete your data — Oh Snack (Crevasse / Tepes Ovidiu)This section is the store “delete data” page.We do not keep an Oh Snack account on our servers. Kept by Google or Apple (we cannot wipe these ourselves): advertising measurement, Play Games / Game Center history, purchase records. Use those companies’ account tools for that.We aim to answer within 30 days.9. Your rights (EEA / UK and similar)You may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of what we hold about you (usually just an email you sent). You may withdraw ad consent in the OS or the in-game privacy / ad-choices entry where shown.You can complain to your local data protection authority. For Romania / EU that is often ANSPDCP; in the UK, the ICO.10. TransfersApple, Google, and web hosts may process data outside your country. They use their own contracts and safeguards. We do not run a separate Crevasse cloud for player profiles.11.
